The challenge

Live entertainment creates strong moments on stage, but those moments only have lasting marketing value when they are translated into consistent digital content.

Palemiger Spatzen already had an active regional audience and regular performances, but there was an opportunity to create more structure around social media communication and make better use of the visual material created during events.

The goal was not simply to publish more often. It was to create stronger continuity between live performances, audience engagement and online visibility.

The approach

I combined content planning with hands-on production. Instead of treating photography, video and social media as separate services, content was created with its eventual digital use in mind.

Live events provided the raw material, while campaign planning helped determine how that material could be reused before, during and after performances. Different formats were tested to understand which types of content generated the strongest audience response.

This also made it possible to adapt the content approach based on actual performance rather than simply following a fixed posting schedule.

Results

+10%

Follower growth during the Oktoberfest campaign period

67K

Views generated by a top-performing Facebook video

The campaign period demonstrated how consistent content production combined with timely event-driven communication can significantly extend the reach of a regional entertainment brand beyond the live audience itself.

What I learned

One of the clearest lessons from this project was that the strongest content was not necessarily the most polished content. Timeliness, authenticity and relevance to the existing audience often had a greater impact than production complexity.

That insight helped shape a more practical content approach, focusing creative effort where it actually contributed to reach and engagement.

What this project shows

Creative production becomes much more valuable when it is connected to a clear marketing objective, consistent publishing and actual performance data.
